I recently saw Jeff Beck perform at the Colston Hall in Bristol with his current live band, which included; Rhonda Smith (bass), Narada Michael Walden (drums) and Jason Robello (keys). Although the band IMHO were not as tight as Jeff’s 2008/09 live band, which included; Tal Wilkenfeld (bass) and Vinnie Colaiuta (drums), the band did look to be having a great time playing up for the hugely appreciative audience and Jeff looked particularly comfortable and at home onstage. The gig was a sell out with the usual heavy bombardment of men!

Jeff performed to an intimate audience of 200 at the Grammy Museum earlier this year and now the audio and video from that performance are available exclusively on iTunes:
