John Mayer celebrates 10th anniversary of his debut Room for Squares

Room for Squares, John Mayer’s Columbia Records debut was released 10 years ago on September 18th, 2001.

A message was posted on John’s Facebook page: “6 years ago, John returned to Eddie’s Attic in Decatur, GA, the venue that helped give him his start, to play through his catalog of songs. For 3 nights, the sets included unreleased tracks and stories about the making of each tune.

In celebration of it’s 10 year release, we wanted to give you an early glimpse into these special shows with a clip of JM talking about the record release.”
