The London Acoustic Guitar Show is set to bring some of the world’s greatest acoustic guitarists and best-selling singer-songwriters together for a weekend of exceptional acoustic music. The show takes place at the Olympia Conference Centre, London, on the 22 and 23 of September 2012.
Show organiser and Acoustic Magazine editor, Guy Little: “We wanted to go the extra mile for 2012 and that is exactly what we have done. We have gathered some of the world’s finest acoustic guitar players and put them all under one roof. There is a real mix of artists catering for people of all ages and ability level, from chart-topping acts like Newton Faulkner, Benjamin Francis Leftwich, Feeder and Finley Quaye right through to the likes of Andy McKee, Laurence Juber, Gordon Giltrap and Jon Gomm. Plus we have been overwhelmed at how much industry support we have had for this show, which is evident in the quality of the exhibitors that will be appearing alongside the artists.”
The show aims to attract a wide range of players through its doors with Main Stage live performances, informative clinics in the Masterclass Suite, introductions to the future talent on the Acoustic Café stage and an impressive display of gear in the exhibition hall, this is the prinicpal UK show dedicated to the acoustic guitar.
I am looking forward to seeing my good pal Neil Taylor (Solo, Robbie William, Natalie Imbruglia) perform at this years show.
Tickets for the show are £15.00 each in advance online and £20.00 on the door for each day. Group tickets may be purchased for groups of 10 or more online only, at a rate of £12.50 each.
