Guthrie Govan demos the TC Electronic Ditto Looper

Guthrie+GovanThe latest Guthrie Govan video to make waves on social media, especially on my Facebook and Twitter feeds, is a 5-min clip of master guitar noodling with the latest pedal offerings from TC Electronic – Ditto Looper and Flashback X4.

Guthrie demos the new range of TC Electronic pedals through a Suhr amplifier using his prototype Charvel guitar during the NAMM show (Anaheim, US) in January 2013.

I’ve transcribed the Nokia mobile ringtone Guthrie plays at the end of the video:

  1. Hank says:

The Ditto is hard to beat for the price. Personally, I chose the Boss RC-3 when I was in the market for a looper but I’ve also used my friend’s Ditto looper and it’s AWESOME at what it does.

But check out Amazon’s best seller list before plunking your cash down and decide for yourself:

Whether it’s the Ditto, Boss, or DigiTech…they’re all solid loopers.
